Welcome to Carnival Pro. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Carnival Pro is a 100% free platform for carnival operators, exhibitors, crew members, and safety teams.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Carnival Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform. Job postings and certain features require you to be 18 or older.
• You may not share your account credentials with others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Post content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' intellectual property
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial advertising or spam
• Attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the platform
• Scrape or export user data without permission
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

4. User Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of content you post (photos, videos, listings, forum posts, reviews, etc.).

License to Us: By posting content, you grant Carnival Pro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute it within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

5. Listings and Transactions

Classifieds listings, job postings, and vendor agreements are arrangements between users. Carnival Pro is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items, services, or opportunities listed. Always exercise due diligence.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. We may moderate, approve, or remove reviews that are fraudulent, abusive, or violate our policies. Attempting to manipulate ratings may result in account suspension.

7. Safety and Compliance

Our platform provides tools for tracking inspections, near-miss reports, and compliance certifications. These tools are for record-keeping and convenience only. You are responsible for ensuring your operations comply with all local, state, and federal regulations. Carnival Pro does not certify safety compliance.

8. Free Platform

Carnival Pro is free for all users. We do not charge membership fees. We reserve the right to introduce optional premium features in the future, which will be clearly disclosed. No existing free features will be removed without notice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Carnival Pro name, logo, design, and software are our intellectual property. You may not use our trademarks or branding without written permission.

10. Disclaimers

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Your use is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carnival Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the platform.

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or are inactive for an extended period.
